We maintain a permanent panel of investors who wish to partake in profitable local ventures

 Each venture is evaluated on its own merits and individual investors decide if they wish to  partner in that particular venture.

The ventures are put together and the funding arranged through Sonoma Keg and Drone.

Operational management of the venture will normally be with the originator though Sonoma Keg and Drone are willing to assume management responsibility in some cases.

No funds are required from investors until a venture launches

Accounting and quarterly reports are provided to investors for each venture

Sonoma Keg and Drone reserve the right to partake directly  in ventures
